    Desi Chakki Atta is not gluten free. It contains barley. It is a healthier alternative to most other flours though and includes lots of fibre and 13% of your daily iron intake.

    Desi Chakki is rich in several different types of millet and grains which are rich in fibre and micronutrients that aid in digestion.

    Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet, Brown Top Millet, Foxtail Millet, Little Millet, Ragi Millet,Bajri, Sorghum, Flax Sed, Gram, Oat, Quinoa, Barley, Spelt, Kamut, Amaranth, Green Lentils, and Urad Flour.

  • Can it Help Me Lose Weight?

    Yes, when it is used in conjunction with a healthy life style. Unlike other flours Desi Chakki Atta doesn’t have the same additives or preservatives. Every ingredient was added for a reason.
